### Allan Rayson

Founded by Allan Rayson, Finov8r combines his unique blend of executive leadership within large organizations with hands-on experience building companies in the banking and fintech sectors. In 2013, he launched a payments company, gaining invaluable insights that guided his return to banking as a senior leader at Regions Bank in Central Texas. From there, he joined the team that acquired a bank charter and built Encore Bank from the ground up. Today, these diverse experiences drive his thought leadership.

Chris Scriber advises clients across the financial services ecosystem at the intersection of policy, business development, and politics. Prior to his work as a multi-client consultant, Scribner led the cross-functional corporate affairs and policy work at a leading commercial bank. He has advised CEOs and C-suite executives for nearly three decades on the way public policy shapes their business decisions. Scribner began his career as a newspaper reporter, covering both business and politics.
