4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Clients may cancel scheduled consultations with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be considered on a case-by-case basis based on the work completed.

5. Confidentiality

  • We will maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during our engagement.
  • However, we may disclose certain information if required by law or with the client’s explicit consent.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Any materials, reports, or frameworks provided by us remain our intellectual property.
  • Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for their business but may not redistribute or sell them.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Our consulting services are provided on an “as-is” basis. We make no guarantees regarding specific results.
  • We are not responsible for business outcomes resulting from our advice, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered in the last six months.

8. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice.
  • If termination occurs, the client is responsible for any outstanding payments for services already provided.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
