Allan has extensive contract negotiation experience having negotiated significant (often high six and seven figure, multi-year contracts) technology contracts on behalf of a commercial bank. The experience gained allowed Allan to develop strategies with respect to contract negotiation that allow a company to meet their strategic business goals, while still striking a fair balance with the vendor. Allan has a keen understanding of the risks associated with long term contracts from a business continuity, duration and data security perspective.
